It is difficult and time consuming to manage a property search and company relocation with minimal disruption to a business. ThinkSpace’s Soft Landings Services are designed to assist and support the planning and coordination of establishing new company premises. We deliver well planned, practical and inspirational expansion space, reflecting the culture of the organisation while fulfilling company objectives.
A dedicated programme manager will work with you to develop workplace appraisals providing advice and guidance on locations, time frames, and budgets based on company specific criteria. We will arrange viewings, advise on the suitability, provide cost analysis of options, assist in lease negotiations, liaise with solicitors and monitor the transaction until completed.
